Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. is a growth-oriented master limited partnership (MLP) engaged in the business of (i) gathering, compressing, treating, processing and transporting natural gas; fractionating and transporting natural gas liquids (NGLs); and marketing natural gas, condensate and NGLs; (ii) acquiring, developing and producing interests in oil and natural gas properties; and (iii) acquiring and managing fee mineral, overriding royalty and royalty interests, either through direct ownership or through investment in other partnerships.
We are uniquely positioned as a master limited partnership (MLP) that is engaged in both the midstream and upstream sectors of the oil and natural gas value chain, and one of a small group of MLPs engaged in the minerals business.
